Summit on Behavioral Health in Energy: Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event: Participants can cancel their registration more than 30 days before the event for a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations received from 14 to 30 days before the event: Participants cancelling their registration between 14 and 30 days before the event will receive a 50 percent refund.
Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event. However, substitutions may be allowed; please contact the event organizers for confirmation.
No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event of cancellation of the summit, the organization will refund the full registration fee within 60 days of the cancellation notice. However, the organization is not responsible for any other expenses, including travel or accommodation costs.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, participants must email the summit registration team at kkostelecky@dlnconsulting.com with their registration details and the reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request.
