Housing

Many of us who have lived in North Dakota for a few years are abundantly aware of the housing shortage we faced but are overcoming. A positive relation to housing, is the percentage of cost-burdened households in our state. While we do have cost burdened housing, our percentage is an entire 10% lower than in the rest of the nation! So lets all be thankful for the roof over our heads, the heat coming out of our vents on those cold nights, and the fact that most of us can afford that shelter.
