North Dakota Population Trends

Have you noticed there does not seem to be as much oil field insanity? There are shorter lines at the grocery store, and enough parking spots at the mall? Well, this is due to two main things, which you can probably guess, but we are going to tell you anyway. The first reason is that we have plans in place as to how to manage the influx in our state’s population: building more homes, updating hospitals, and things of that sort. The other more pertinent fact is that we have actually had more people leaving than coming to live in North Dakota.
