2016 North Dakota Statewide Housing Needs Assessment: Population & Housing Forecast

The staff at the Center for Social Research and the Department of Agribusiness and Applied Economics at North Dakota State University conducted an analysis of North Dakota's current and future housing needs. The results of the needs assessment were compiled in the 2016 North Dakota Statewide Housing Needs Assessment: Population & Housing Forecast.  The study is organized by geography and covers the following: the eight state planning regions; 53 counties; the 12 most populated cities of Bismarck, Devils Lake, Dickinson, Fargo, Grand Forks, Jamestown, Mandan, Minot, Valley City, Wahpeton, West Fargo, and Williston; as well as four Native American Indian Reservations (Fort Berthold, Spirit Lake, Standing Rock, and Turtle Mountain).
